If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it yet, don’t worry - this can happen sometimes. Here’s what we recommend doing first:
Step 1: Wait a Little Longer
Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. In many cases, the order shows up within the next day or two.
Step 2: Check With the Carrier
Contact the shipping carrier or your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They may be able to confirm where the package was left or provide additional delivery details.
Step 3: Check With Those Around You
Sometimes a package is received by a family member, friend, or neighbour for safekeeping. We recommend checking with anyone who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
Step 4: Contact Us
If you’ve completed the steps above and your order is still nowhere to be found, please get in touch with our Customer Success team at [email protected] or fill out the contact form here, right away. We’ll be happy to reship your order at no additional cost. For the replacement shipment, we’ll require a signature upon delivery to ensure it arrives safely.
