My order was returned to the original sender - what do I do?Updated 12 hours ago

If your order was returned to the original sender, don’t worry - we’re here to help get it sorted. Orders are typically returned to us by the carrier for one of the following reasons:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • A failed delivery attempt with no safe place to leave the package

  • The package was unclaimed or refused

  • Customs issues (for international orders)


What happens next?
Once your order is returned to our warehouse, our team will review it. Returned packages are usually processed within 3-5 business days of being received back. Our team will review the information from the warehouse and reach out to you for next steps! 



How can I receive my order?
After your order is returned, you have a few options:

  • Reship your order to a corrected address or a new secure address 
  • Receive a refund for the order
