If you forgot to apply your promo or discount code before placing your order, don’t worry, we may still be able to help!

Please email [email protected] or fill out the contact form. Please provide your order number and the promo code you intended to use. If the code is valid and applicable, our Customer Success team will reimburse the difference. 

Please note: the code must not have been used before, expired, or combined with another promo. 

We recommend always double-checking that your promo code is applied at checkout before completing your purchase to ensure the discount is reflected!
