What to Include in the Email/ Ticket
Your order number
Photos of everything you received in your package
A photo of the packing slip that was included inside the box
Why the Packing Slip Is Required
The packing slip helps us verify what was packed and identify where the error may have occurred. Without a photo of the packing slip, we’re unable to investigate the issue or share feedback with our fulfillment team to help prevent this from happening again.
