What to Include in the email/ticket:
Your order number
Clear photos of the item(s) you received
A photo of the packing slip that was included inside your package
Why the Packing Slip Is Required
The packing slip allows us to investigate what happened during fulfillment and share accurate feedback with our warehouse team. Unfortunately, without a photo of the packing slip, we’re unable to investigate the issue or take next steps toward a resolution.
Once we receive all the required information, our team will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
