We understand that you might change your mind after placing an order. You can return our products for a refund within 30 days, as long as they are unused and in their original condition, including the packaging.

Please remember that individual items from kits or bundles cannot be returned; only the entire kit can be sent back.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your reason for the return in your email. Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with a return slip. Please note that the original shipping costs and an $8.00 return processing fee are the customer's responsibility.
